This Copyright License Agreement is required if you plan to make and sell the designs on this website that are copyrighted.

There is a one time fee to purchase the Copyright License Agreement and it covers all copyrighted designs listed on this DiaperCakePatterns.com website, including all future additions.   You just purchase the individual product instructional videos to learn how to make them, but unlike other buyers, you have the right to sell any and all of them.

There will be some Instructional Videos that we don’t have a copyright for such as the round lollipop. Those will be clearly identified in each product listing. You can make and sell those at your own risk.

Here are the steps to obtain the Copyright License Agreement for the rights to sell the copyrighted designs on this website.

1. Purchase this Copyright License Agreement Product.
2. You will be emailed a copy of the License Agreement for your review.  If you decide not to sign the agreement you may request a refund of your money within 30 days.
3. You will return the signed and dated contract. (details are provided with the agreement)
4. Once we receive a copy of your signed and dated contract, we will return the contract to you with our signature.

PLEASE NOTE:  THIS CONTRACT IS NOT A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT UNTIL IT IS DATED AND SIGNED BY BOTH OF US.
